Everyday NYC has a theme and the theme of the day was Caribbean when I visited. Caribbean cuisine is a fusion of African, Creole, Cajun, Amerindian, European, Portuguese, Spanish/Latin American, East Indian/South Asian, Arab, Chinese, Jewish, and Javanese/Indonesian cuisine. These traditions were brought from many different countries when they came to the Caribbean.In addition, the population has created styles that are unique to the region.

I would like to share about hospitality i had experienced ,it was momentous. No one could expect better that it. I tried buffet. I started with snacks and those hot and palatable snacks made my day. I tried Tandoori Aloo, Paneer Tikka, Fried Plantain Cake and Smoked Chicken with pineapple mayo wrap. All the dishes were delicious but smoked chicken wrap was ultimately good. Then i tried salads, veg as well as non veg salads, they were presented superbly and were up to the mark. In main course i had lot of different stuffs but chicken curry that they serve is damn good and delicious. It is must try dish. One of the most remembered experience was of Desserts. There are a lot of varieties of Desserts. Most important thing is that all of them are best of their own kind. Coconut mousse, Mango passion fruit delight , Rasberry Delight and Kalakand were truly delectable.
