Bottle & Glass

Wow, what an amazing evening! My day was wrapped up with mouth watering dishes and the best of cocktails. If you are looking for an electric mixture of food, music and drinks , head down to Bottle & Glass in Indranagar. Here’s a list of delicacies and cocktails I tried out.
Chicken Lollipop in chilli sauce
A delicious and well presented chicken lollipop, was the perfect way to start off. It was served with mayonnaise and was an ideal combination with Blood and Moon- Vodka based cocktail.

Mushroom Pepper Salt
Yet another delicacy, mushroom sautéed with salt and pepper in Chinese style is an excellent combination with brewed beer. If you are a beer-lover, grab a pint of beer with this luscious starter.

Main Course
Mexican Chicken Pizza
This came to us as a surprise, a Chef special pizza which was absolutely one of the best combination of chicken tikka, onion , tomato , green capsicum. I highly recommend this pizza as it could be eaten without any extra top-ins.

Chicken Tikka Biryani
Basmati rice cooked in layers , served with raita is a good option to try out if you are a biryani-lover.

I tried out a few cocktails and my personal favorites are The Flying Kiwi and not to forget The Blood and Moon.

This Resto Bar has a pleasant ambiance with happy hours extending throughout the week(Monday-Sunday). Enjoy yourself in an enchanting mix of music and let out your dance moves in their very own dance floor.

Chaayos- Experiments With Chai

Where There’s A Tea There’s Hope.

In India, chai (tea) is something beyond a simple cup of tea. It is something individuals begin their day with, a vital drink to get you up in morning and in addition refreshment drink with evening snacks. Our eras have had tried different things with Chai and its flavors, and for the obvious reality there is an extraordinary meaning of an ideal mix for each ‘chai fanatic’. In each home of this nation, regardless of what status, individuals use to drink tea or one can state a sort of refreshment which is required to keep the day running.

Recently they have introduced some exciting monsoon menu additions.

It was momentous experience to try this exciting additions. Authentic and delicious cup of tea with delectable dishes made my day.

I can bet everyone would love to have Pakoras with tea moreover if it’s raining, then its incredible. So first thing i tried was Baarish Wale Pakore with Kulhad Chai. Pakore were palatable and served with green mint chutney which made them more amazing. Saffron masala tea served in a traditional Indian Kulhad was mind-boggling.

After this awesome combination, I tried something new. It was Bun Samosa. I would say it’s a great chai partner in monsoon.

Now comes something more interesting and i am damn sure one could be deceived just by looking at the pic. It seems like a pizza but its healthier and more delicious than pizza. It was Chicken Loaded Open Paratha. It’s a must try dish.

Then i witnessed something strange and ultimately delicious dish. It was Kulhad Masala Chicken Kulcha. I would love to use a word “Lajawab”(amazing) for it.

Now come the BEST part of the day, it was Shahi Chai. It was the most royal and the best tea i have ever had in my life. It was worthy and mind-boggling. I would genuinely recommend this to be tried once.

At last i had desserts, as everything was coming with surprises so the same happened again. I never thought that i would be gonna have Jalebis in galss of clay. Yes, It was Kulhad Wali Jalebi. It was glorious, sensational and scrumptious jalebis.

At the end, I would say the staff was too hospitable. Ambiance was perfect and impressive. I would love to revisit this place as many times as i can. Their exciting monsoon additions will make you fall in love for this place. LOVED IT!!

NYC-Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Delhi Airport

NYC-Radisson Blu Plaza is a place that has cut a specialty for itself in the hearts of individuals and never bombs in reevaluating and advancing its dishes. It is a fine eating eatery that offers lip-smacking North Indian, Italian, and Mainland cooking styles. A definitive chic vibe of the place stuns you in a matter of seconds. The polite staff of NYC is all around prepared and ensures you get a huge affair and vouch for the place when you backpedal. The culinary enjoyments are set up with most extreme care and guarantee to take you on a flavorful ride. A what tops off an already good thing is a luxurious smorgasbord and a well-set bar.The nearest landmark is Haryana Milk Dairy.

Everyday NYC has a theme and the theme of the day was Caribbean when I visited. Caribbean cuisine is a fusion of African, Creole, Cajun, Amerindian, European, Portuguese, Spanish/Latin American, East Indian/South Asian, Arab, Chinese, Jewish, and Javanese/Indonesian cuisine. These traditions were brought from many different countries when they came to the Caribbean. In addition, the population has created styles that are unique to the region.

I would like to share about hospitality i had experienced ,it was momentous. No one could expect better that it. I tried buffet. I started with snacks and those hot and palatable snacks made my day. I tried Tandoori Aloo, Paneer Tikka, Fried Plantain Cake and Smoked Chicken with pineapple mayo wrap. All the dishes were delicious but smoked chicken wrap was ultimately good. Then i tried salads, veg as well as non veg salads, they were presented superbly and were up to the mark. In main course i had lot of different stuffs but chicken curry that they serve is damn good and delicious. It is must try dish. One of the most remembered experience was of Desserts. There are a lot of varieties of Desserts. Most important thing is that all of them are best of their own kind. Coconut mousse, Mango passion fruit delight , Rasberry Delight and Kalakand were truly delectable.

It’s rare when your expectations are fulfilled completely. Luxurious, unique and a very special experience i had at Laat Saab. When you have money in you pocket and you want to have a magical experience, this is the perfect place to visit. Located at serene corner of Garden Galleria, one can have ambrosial dishes.

I had many dishes :-
Paneer Tikka Apna Andaaz– it was so soft, grilled cubes of paneer with marinade makes it spicy and crumbly.

Chicken Tikka– mushy and spicy pieces of chicken was too delicious.
Afghani Chicken- heavenly taste and gloriously presented makes is memorable one.

Paneer Makhani– tomato gravy with creamy cubes of cottage cheese had a bit sweetish taste.
Dal Makhani– I have to say it was my best daal makhani i have ever had. Must try.
Chicken Tikka Lababdaar- chicken tikka tossed in creamy masala of onions and tomatoes made it delicious.

Shikanjavi- It was served with some special Masala which made it digestive and refreshing.
Kesariya Thandaai– Heavenly taste. Superb one
Pineapple Mojito: Too much refreshing and prepared finely.

Kulfi– Rich, lavish and palatable sweet dish to have in summers .
Scrumptious food was enjoyed along with luxurious ambience and good service.

Staff was very friendly. Service was too good, didn’t have to wait for a long time.I had a wonderful experience , ultimately good place to visit.

WHERE:  6th Floor, Crystal Court Mall, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur

Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Jaipur, this place has a lot on its plate to offer. From hookah to a-la-carte options to buffet section everything is amazing. One of the main perks of eating here at buffet is that you can relish the delicious pasta along with the famous Laal Maas.

Don’t fret about parking your car as  there is ample parking space here. If you wish to catch up on an event, you can choose the main area, or if you wish to spend quality time with your loved ones you can opt for the other section where everything seems to be ethereal with the glass panels overlooking the twinkling city. The restaurant also has live stage performances.

They have everything in starters name it and they have it. My personal favourites are the mushroom tikkas and gol gappas. The mushroom tikkas are layered with a filling of pudina and garam masala and trust me you cannot have enough of these cuties. Paneer tikkas lacked the  taste. The munchy corns and aloo tikkis were quite good. The drinks were too chilled. The golgappas were the best I ever had, perfect mixture of sweet and sour. The lassi is served in a huge glass with yummy cream on the top. Although the vegetarian main course is satisfactory, the non-vegetarian course score the brownie points. But the main winner is Paan. Purely authentic. Huge variety of desserts is worth mentioning.

The staff is friendly and they’ve maintained their ambiance standards and hygiene very well. The staff is courteous and quick at service. Absolutely amazing and value for money.
